Community and Events Executive – Uniorbita

About the role

Bring Uniorbita to life on the ground in your city. You will run stalls, activations and meet-ups in markets, colleges and events, and build a community of early members and campus ambassadors.

A typical day

1. 1Set up Uniorbita stalls and activations at markets, malls, colleges and events
2. 2Demonstrate the app and the Connect Kit to visitors and help them sign up
3. 3Recruit and coordinate campus ambassadors
4. 4Plan local meet-ups and community events
5. 5Share photos and stories with the marketing team

What you will do

• On-ground activations: Plan and run stalls and demonstrations in high-footfall locations.
• Sign-ups: Help visitors join Uniorbita and complete their profiles.
• Campus programme: Recruit, train and manage campus ambassadors.
• Community: Organise meet-ups and engage early members.
• Event partners: Coordinate with event organisers who list events on Uniorbita.
• Reporting: Track sign-ups and leads from every activation.

What you need

• Graduate or final-year student
• Outgoing, energetic and comfortable speaking to crowds
• Good communication in the local language of your city and in English or Hindi
• Event, college fest or promotions experience is an advantage
• Willing to work some weekends and evenings (with compensatory time off)
