• Job applications: the information in the form and the resume you upload.
• Newsletter and Uniorbita early-access sign-ups: your email address and, if you share it, your city.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals.
• To assess job applications.
• To send updates you signed up for. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.

Spam protection

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block automated spam. Google’s privacy policy and terms apply to that check.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@tantratrack.com. We respond within 30 days.
