Field Sales Team Lead – Uniorbita

About the role

Lead the team that takes Uniorbita to businesses and people across your city. You will plan territories, coach Field Sales Executives, sell alongside them and own the team's sign-up and subscription targets. We are hiring team leads for cities across India.

A typical day

1. 1Morning huddle: share targets, areas and today's focus
2. 2Assign routes and accompany executives on visits where they need support
3. 3Close difficult or high-value accounts yourself
4. 4Review each executive's visits, sign-ups and follow-ups
5. 5Report the day's numbers and plan tomorrow's coverage

What you will do

• Team leadership: Manage, motivate and coach a team of Field Sales Executives.
• Territory planning: Divide the city into areas and plan daily and weekly coverage.
• Targets: Own team targets for sign-ups, verified profiles and subscriptions.
• Training: Train new executives on Uniorbita, the pitch and onboarding steps.
• Quality: Make sure every customer is onboarded correctly and treated professionally.
• Reporting: Share daily and weekly performance reports with management.
• Hiring: Help interview and select new field sales team members.

What you need

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–5 years of field sales experience, including at least 1 year leading a team
• Proven record of meeting sales targets
• Strong communication in the local language of your city and in English or Hindi
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
• Experience launching a new product or app in a city is a strong advantage
