Telesales Executive – Uniorbita

About the role

Turn interest into subscriptions over the phone. You will call leads from the website, field visits and campaigns, explain Uniorbita, book visits for the field team and help customers complete their subscription.

A typical day

1. 1Call new leads from home from the website, events and field visits
2. 2Explain Uniorbita and its benefits in simple language
3. 3Guide customers through signing up and subscribing on the website
4. 4Book in-person visits for the field team when a customer prefers it
5. 5Remind existing members about renewals and upgrades
6. 6Update every call in the CRM

What you will do

• Outbound calling: Contact leads and introduce Uniorbita professionally.
• Conversion: Explain the benefits and help customers subscribe.
• Appointment setting: Schedule field visits for the sales team.
• Renewals: Follow up with members before renewal dates.
• Support: Answer basic questions and escalate issues to the support team.
• CRM: Keep accurate records of every call and outcome.

What you need

• 12th pass or any graduate; freshers are welcome
• Clear, polite phone manner in English and Hindi; a South Indian language is a plus
• Comfortable working with call targets
• Basic computer skills
• Prior telesales or customer support experience is an advantage
• A quiet place to work from home, a laptop or desktop, and a reliable internet connection
